Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Trout
  • 2 tbsp Minced Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Basil
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Rosemary
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the parsley with olive oil, rosemary , basil and garlic
  • Split the mixture in half, put half inside of each fish and put lemon slices on top
  • Cover the fish in a plastic wrap and place it 2 hours in the refrigerator
  • Preheat the grill into medium heat
  • Place the fish on the grill , grill 4-5 minutes each side and then using a spatula flip the fish
  • When fish is cooked, remove from heat and place onto a large cutting board
  • Remove lemon slices from the fish and squeeze a fresh lemon juice
