Basil Rosemary Grilled Trout

- 1 kg Trout
- 2 tbsp Minced Parsley
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Chopped Basil
- 2 tbsp Chopped Rosemary
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
In a small bowl, mix the parsley with olive oil, rosemary , basil and garlic
Split the mixture in half, put half inside of each fish and put lemon slices on top
Cover the fish in a plastic wrap and place it 2 hours in the refrigerator
Preheat the grill into medium heat
Place the fish on the grill , grill 4-5 minutes each side and then using a spatula flip the fish
When fish is cooked, remove from heat and place onto a large cutting board
Remove lemon slices from the fish and squeeze a fresh lemon juice
