Corn on the Grill Recipe

This Corn on the Grill recipe is perfect for your next BBQ. Grilled corn on the cob with a delicious butter, garlic, and Parmesan topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 4  whole corn on the cob
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Finely chopped parsley with melted butter for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill until very hot.
  • Peel husk off the corn.
  • Place corn on the grill
  • Cook for 10 minutes, turning every couple of minutes until there's little charred bits and the kernels are tender when pierced with a knife, but still JUICY! Overcooked corn is shriveled, dry and sad.
  • In the last minute, brush with melted butter and roll around.
  • Serve corn with softened butter, sprinkled with parsley if desired
