Corn on the Grill Recipe
The summer hasn’t quite begun for you if you haven’t yet bitten into a luscious, juicy ear of grilled corn on the cob, with butter pouring down your chin and salt and spices on your lips. At our neighborhood farmers market, fresh corn is one of the first commodities to sell out, and there’s a good reason for that: grilled corn is delicious.
Corn on the Grill Recipe
This Corn on the Grill recipe is perfect for your next BBQ. Grilled corn on the cob with a delicious butter, garlic, and Parmesan topping.

- 4 whole corn on the cob
- 2 tbsp butter
- Finely chopped parsley with melted butter for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the grill until very hot.
- Peel husk off the corn.
- Place corn on the grill
- Cook for 10 minutes, turning every couple of minutes until there's little charred bits and the kernels are tender when pierced with a knife, but still JUICY! Overcooked corn is shriveled, dry and sad.
- In the last minute, brush with melted butter and roll around.
- Serve corn with softened butter, sprinkled with parsley if desired
