  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs, such as thyme, oregano, or parsley
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Trim the ends of the asparagus and toss with the olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the asparagus on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning once, until lightly charred and tender.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan-herb mixture over the asparagus and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. and serve
