Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Soak the toothpicks in water for about 20 minutes.
Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet. Cook in the overn for 10 minutes
Remove from the oven and let them cool aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the butter, blak pepper, cayenne pepper salt and paprika.
Add the shrimps to the medium bowl and coat it with the mix.
Remove each shrimp and wrap it with half slice of bacon. Secure the whole shrimp with a toothpick.
Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the bacon wrapped shrimps for 3-4 minutes.
Brush them with melted butter. Serve on a serving platter.
