Grilled Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Recipe

Grilled Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

- 6 Bacon Slices
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 12 Jumbo Shrimps
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Soak the toothpicks in water for about 20 minutes.
- Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet. Cook in the overn for 10 minutes
- Remove from the oven and let them cool aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix the butter, blak pepper, cayenne pepper salt and paprika.
- Add the shrimps to the medium bowl and coat it with the mix.
- Remove each shrimp and wrap it with half slice of bacon. Secure the whole shrimp with a toothpick.
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the bacon wrapped shrimps for 3-4 minutes.
- Brush them with melted butter. Serve on a serving platter.
