  • 4 Steaks (Tenderloin, Ribeye, or Strip)
  • 8 Strips of Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
  • Wrap each piece of steak with two strips of bacon, overlapping the ends of the bacon to ensure the bacon stays on the steak
  • Brush olive oil over the steak and season with salt and pepper
  • Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Flip the steak once during cooking
  • Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving
