- 4 Steaks (Tenderloin, Ribeye, or Strip)
- 8 Strips of Bacon
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
- Wrap each piece of steak with two strips of bacon, overlapping the ends of the bacon to ensure the bacon stays on the steak
- Brush olive oil over the steak and season with salt and pepper
- Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Flip the steak once during cooking
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving
