  • 1 pound flank steak
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the flank steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Turn the steak to coat in the marinade. Cover and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Place the steak on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve warm. Enjoy!
