- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Place the flank steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Turn the steak to coat in the marinade. Cover and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the steak on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
