Grilled Berry Peach Pie

  • 3 Cups Berries and Peach
  • 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1 Small Lemon
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 Pie Crust
  • 1 tsp Whipping cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium (about 350°F).
  • Mix the fruits in a large bowl.
  • Squeeze the lemon
  • Sprinkle the fruits with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and zest.
  • Unroll pie crust and place it in a foil pie plate.
  • Add the fruits in the center and fold up the edges to form the crust. Brush the edges with heavy whipping cream and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  • Place a second foil pie plate upside down on the grill..
  • Place the pie (in its pan) on top of the inverted pan and close the lid to the grill. Cook for about 20 to 30 minutes
  • Remove pie from grill, and let cool before slicing. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
