Grilled Berry Peach Pie

- 3 Cups Berries and Peach
- 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 Small Lemon
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1 Pie Crust
- 1 tsp Whipping cream
Preheat grill to medium (about 350°F).
Mix the fruits in a large bowl.
Squeeze the lemon
Sprinkle the fruits with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and zest.
Unroll pie crust and place it in a foil pie plate.
Add the fruits in the center and fold up the edges to form the crust. Brush the edges with heavy whipping cream and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Place a second foil pie plate upside down on the grill..
Place the pie (in its pan) on top of the inverted pan and close the lid to the grill. Cook for about 20 to 30 minutes
Remove pie from grill, and let cool before slicing. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
