Grilled Berry Peach Pie

- 3 Cups Berries and Peach
- 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 Small Lemon
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1 Pie Crust
- 1 tsp Whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium (about 350°F).
- Mix the fruits in a large bowl.
- Squeeze the lemon
- Sprinkle the fruits with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and zest.
- Unroll pie crust and place it in a foil pie plate.
- Add the fruits in the center and fold up the edges to form the crust. Brush the edges with heavy whipping cream and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
- Place a second foil pie plate upside down on the grill..
- Place the pie (in its pan) on top of the inverted pan and close the lid to the grill. Cook for about 20 to 30 minutes
- Remove pie from grill, and let cool before slicing. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
