For the Salsa
- 1 pound of strawberries chopped
- 2 jalapeño peppers
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ tablespoon honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- salt and pepper to taste
For the chicken
- 1 pounds thin chicken breasts
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix the strawberry salsa ingredients together.
Combine the salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small dish. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub the seasoning over the chicken, coating entirely.
