- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 8 small flour tortillas
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
Place the chicken breasts in a medium bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
Place the chicken on the hot grill and cook for 6 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
