  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a medium bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Place the chicken on the hot grill and cook for 6 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, and lime juice until combined. Set aside.
  • Warm the tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds on each side.
  • To assemble the tacos, fill each tortilla with chicken and top with the cilantro-lime aioli.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
