Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2  pounds chicken breasts
  • 2 medium zucchini or yellow squash, cut into diagonal slices
  • 1 medium onion, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 5 oz white or brown rice

Instructions
 

  • Blend Spread with Italian seasoning in small bowl.
  • Brush chicken and vegetables with seasoning mixture.
  • Grill the chicken and vegetables, turning occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender.
  • Place the rice in a pot and cover with water on medium heat and let it boil , when it starts boiling remove to low heat and leave it till all the water is evaporated
  • remove the chicken and vegetables from the grill and serve with the rice.
