  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, andhoney.
  • Place the chicken in a shallow dish, pour the marinade overit, and let it marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes perside, or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chickenregisters 165°F.
  • Once the chicken is cooked through, brush it with the remaining marinade and cook for an additional minute.
  • Serve the chicken with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
