- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons honey
In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, andhoney.
Place the chicken in a shallow dish, pour the marinade overit, and let it marinate for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes perside, or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chickenregisters 165°F.
