Grilled Corn and Red Cabbage Slaw Recipe
This simple grilled corn and red cabbage slaw is a great side dish to serve with your favorite grilled meat, or try it as an appetizer!

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 medium head red cabbage, very thinly sliced
- 2 ears of corn
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
on high heat, grill cook the corn for 10 min on each side then remove from the grill and cut the corn kernel of the cob
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise and lime juice, and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth. Add the cabbage, corn, scallions and cilantro.
Toss everything together to coat in the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
