- 2 ears of fresh corn
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the husks from the corn and brush each ear with olive oil.
Place the corn on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, and salt and pepper.
Once the corn is cooked, brush the garlic mixture over the ears and place back on the grill for 2 minutes.
Remove from the grill and enjoy!
