  • 2 ears of fresh corn
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the husks from the corn and brush each ear with olive oil.
  • Place the corn on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, and salt and pepper.
  • Once the corn is cooked, brush the garlic mixture over the ears and place back on the grill for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the grill and enjoy!
