Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Country Style Ribs
  • 4 tbsp Dry Rub of your choice
  • Juiced Lemons
  • tbsp honey
  • Cup Barbecue Sauce
  • Tomato, hummus and cucumber

Instructions
 

  • Rub the ribs with the spice blend with your hands. Cover ribs with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for minimum 1 hour.
  • In a small bowl whisk together the lemon juice and honey.
  • Take ribs from refrigerator and let them rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
  • Preheat grill to 350-400°F.
  • Place the ribs on clean and oiled grill with the larger.
  • Cover the grill, and cook for about 6-7 minutes.Flip them and cook again for 6-7 minutes.
  • Brush the ribs with half the lemon honey sauce, cover, and cook for about 5-6 minutes. Flip then brush again with lemon honey sauce, cover, and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
  • Insert a thermometer till it reads 145°F. Serve on a serving platter with veggies aside.
