Grilled Country Style Ribs

- 3 lbs Country Style Ribs
- 4 tbsp Dry Rub of your choice
- Juiced Lemons
- tbsp honey
- Cup Barbecue Sauce
- Tomato, hummus and cucumber
Instructions
- Rub the ribs with the spice blend with your hands. Cover ribs with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for minimum 1 hour.
- In a small bowl whisk together the lemon juice and honey.
- Take ribs from refrigerator and let them rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to 350-400°F.
- Place the ribs on clean and oiled grill with the larger.
- Cover the grill, and cook for about 6-7 minutes.Flip them and cook again for 6-7 minutes.
- Brush the ribs with half the lemon honey sauce, cover, and cook for about 5-6 minutes. Flip then brush again with lemon honey sauce, cover, and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
- Insert a thermometer till it reads 145°F. Serve on a serving platter with veggies aside.
