Warm the pie crust at room temperature
In a saucepan, combine the figs with warm water and cook them 15-20 minutes
Drain the figs and cut them, set them aside
In the same saucepan, combine nutmeg, walnuts, cinnamon and maple syrup.Cook them 5 minutes
Spread nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper ; freeze for about 10 minutes. Using a round cutter, cut 12 circles of pie crust
Stir vanilla and remaining maple syrup with mascarpone cheese. Spread 1 tablespoon of mascarpone mixture over half of each circle. Then, layer with 2 teaspoons maple walnuts and 4 fig pieces.
Prepare egg and water to moisten the edge of the crust
Fold the edges of the crust and press the edges with a fork to seal them
Grill the pies 5-7 minutes per side
