  • 4 Hamour fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice
  • Place the hamour fillets in a shallow pan and pour the marinade over the top. Let the fillets marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill over medium-high heat
  • Brush the fillets with the marinade and place them on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and caramelized.
