- 4 Hamour fillets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice
Place the hamour fillets in a shallow pan and pour the marinade over the top. Let the fillets marinate for 15 minutes.
