- 4 Hamour fillets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
