  • 4 Hamour fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.
  • Place the fish fillets in a shallow, non-reactive dish. Pour the marinade over the fish and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  • Place the fish fillets on the preheated grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  • Sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
