  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup basil, chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Mix until combined.
  • Place pizza crust on the preheated grill and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until lightly charred.
  • Flip the pizza crust over and spread the tomato sauce mixture over the top.
  • Close the lid of the grill and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Carefully remove the pizza from the grill and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve and enjoy!
