Grilled Margherita Pizza with Garlic-Parmesan

- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup basil, chopped
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Mix until combined.
- Place pizza crust on the preheated grill and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until lightly charred.
- Flip the pizza crust over and spread the tomato sauce mixture over the top.
- Close the lid of the grill and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
