  • 2 (12 oz) New York Strip Steaks
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese,oregano, salt, and pepper.
  •  Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the desired degree of doneness
  • Remove the steaks from the grill and top each with the garlic-parmesan butter. Serve immediately.
