Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Soy-Ginger Glaze

- 4 portobello mushrooms
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil to make the glaze.
Place the mushrooms in a shallow dish and pour the glaze over them. Let the mushrooms marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place the mushrooms on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until the mushrooms are tender.
