  • 4 portobello mushrooms
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil to make the glaze.
  • Place the mushrooms in a shallow dish and pour the glaze over them. Let the mushrooms marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the mushrooms on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until the mushrooms are tender.
  • Serve the mushrooms with the remaining glaze. Enjoy!
