Grilled Potato Chips with Garlic-Paprika Rub

- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Wash and slice the potatoes into thin chips.
Place the chips in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Place the chips on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes, flipping them once, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve the chips with your favorite dip or enjoy on their own.
