  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Wash and slice the potatoes into thin chips.
  • Place the chips in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  • Place the chips on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes, flipping them once, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve the chips with your favorite dip or enjoy on their own.
