- 2 large potatoes thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
Season the marinade with salt and pepper, to taste.
Add the potato slices to the bowl, and toss to coat.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place the potato slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve immediately.
