  • 2 large potatoes thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  • Season the marinade with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Add the potato slices to the bowl, and toss to coat.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the potato slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve immediately.
