- 2 pounds small potatoes, washed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
Cut the potatoes into 1/2-inch thick slices and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle with the oil mixture and toss to coat evenly.
