  • 2 pounds small potatoes, washed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  • Cut the potatoes into 1/2-inch thick slices and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle with the oil mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Place the potatoes on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until tender and golden.
  • Serve the potatoes hot off the grill. Enjoy!
