Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs of salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup of chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Dill Sauce:

  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup of chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the salmon, eggs, breadcrumbs, dill, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into patties
  • Grease the grill with oil and place the burgers on the grill.
  • Grill for about 4 minutes per side, or until the burgers are cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, lemon juice, and salt for the creamy dill sauce.
  • Serve the burgers with the creamy dill sauce.
