Grilled Salmon with Balsamic Glaze
The sweet and tangy balsamic glaze perfectly compliments the smoky taste of the grilled salmon

- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
Grill the salmon for 5-7 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
While the salmon is grilling, mix together the balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic in a small bowl.
When the salmon is cooked through, brush the glaze over the top of the salmon.
Grill for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the glaze is slightly caramelized.
