Grilled Salmon with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
  • Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  • Grill the salmon for 5-7 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • While the salmon is grilling, mix together the balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic in a small bowl.
  • When the salmon is cooked through, brush the glaze over the top of the salmon.
  • Grill for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the glaze is slightly caramelized.
  • Serve and enjoy!
