Ingredients
  

  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the salmon fillets with the mixture and place them on the preheated grill.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve the salmon with the Lemon-Dill Sauce.
