Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Sriracha
You are going to taste Tacos that will turn to a next level by having smoky grilled shrimps with the sriracha sauce.

- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 3 Lemons
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1/2 Kg Peeled Shrimps
- 1/4 Shredded Red Cabbage
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 4 Tortillas
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, cilantro, and 1/3 of the lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
Put the shrimps in a bowl and add the above mixture to them. Marinate for about 20 minutes
Prepare the sriracha slaw in a large bowl, add chopped red cabbage with mayo, remaining lemon juice and Sriracha, then add salt
Heat the grill to high. Then grill the shrimps 3 minutes per side.
Grill tortillas 1 minute per side.
Serve shrimp in tortillas with the sriracha slaw.
