Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Sriracha Recipe
In this recipe you are going to try tacos differently by grilling the shrimps and adding the exotic sriracha sauce. Tacos are not that traditional as long as you are creating new recipes with those tortillas, and never without the sauce because sauces are the secret ingredient for every delicious recipe, and our secret ingredient here will be the sriracha sauce. Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Sriracha

- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 3 Lemons
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1/2 Kg Peeled Shrimps
- 1/4 Shredded Red Cabbage
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 4 Tortillas
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, cilantro, and 1/3 of the lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
- Put the shrimps in a bowl and add the above mixture to them. Marinate for about 20 minutes
- Prepare the sriracha slaw in a large bowl, add chopped red cabbage with mayo, remaining lemon juice and Sriracha, then add salt
- Heat the grill to high. Then grill the shrimps 3 minutes per side.
- Grill tortillas 1 minute per side.
- Serve shrimp in tortillas with the sriracha slaw.
