  • 2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until blended.
  • Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Cover the bowl and let the shrimp marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, turning once during cooking.
  • Serve with a side of your choice. Enjoy!
