Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1/3 Cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 lbs Beef top sirloin steak

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow dish, mix the: soy sauce, vinegar, oil, galic, pepper, ginger and honey together.
  • Add beef to coat with the mix and refregerate for 3 hours.
  • Prepare grill for indirect heat. Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat or until meat reaches desired doneness.
  • Serve on a serving platter with veggies you prefer.
