Grilled Sirloin Steak
The sirloin steak is very flavorful but chewy a little bit because it is not fatty. To make it more tasty you should marinate it and grill it so you get a delightful flavor out of it.

- 1 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1/3 Cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Ground ginger
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 3 lbs Beef top sirloin steak
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix the: soy sauce, vinegar, oil, galic, pepper, ginger and honey together.
- Add beef to coat with the mix and refregerate for 3 hours.
- Prepare grill for indirect heat. Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat or until meat reaches desired doneness.
- Serve on a serving platter with veggies you prefer.
