  • 2 sirloin steaks
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
  • Rub the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  • Grill the steaks for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat
  • Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook for about 3minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Add the beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Once the steaks are cooked, top them with the mushroom sauce. Serve with your favorite sides.
