- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
- ¼ cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
- Rub the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
- Grill the steaks for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat
- Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook for about 3minutes, stirring occasionally
