Grilled Soy-Ginger Flank Steak
This is the perfect addition to any summer barbecue. Serve it with some grilled vegetables and a side of baked potatoes for a complete meal

- 1½ pounds flank steak
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, lime juice, and red pepper flakes
Place the flank steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the steak from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping once.
Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve.
