Ingredients
  

  • 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup red onion, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and thyme
  • Brush the steaks with the vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the steaks for 8-10 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  • Remove the steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the steaks into thin slices.
  • In a large bowl, combine the greens, tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, and red onion.
  • Add the steak slices and toss with the remaining vinaigrette.
  • Serve the salad and enjoy!
