- 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup red onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and thyme
- Brush the steaks with the vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steaks for 8-10 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
