The steak

  • 1/2 kg Flank Steak
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 Tachos

The salsa

  • 1/2 Small red onion
  • Chopped cilantro
  • 1 Small chopped tomato
  • 1 Medium Avocado
  • 1 small lemon

Instructions
 

  •  Put the steak in a pan and mix it with the lemon juice for about 30 minutes
  •   Mix all the spices in a small bowl
  •   Rub the steak with the spices mix in a good way so the spices reach all the steak
  • Preheat the grill on high heat and rub it with alittle bit of oil, then place the steak and grill it for about 15 minutes bothsides
  • You can grill the tacos on the same grill after the steak so youenjoy the taste of the steak even more
  • Whenthe steak cools down a little bit, cut it into thin strips and place it on thetacos.

For the salsa

  • Chop the tomato, onion, cilantro,avocado
  • Mix the ingredients with salt, lemon and olive oil

Note: To increase your fiber consumption, we suggest you to use whole wheat tacos instead of corn or refined tacos because they contain more vitamins and fibers than refined ones.
