Grilled Steak Tacos Recipe
“Taco” a word that means half or in the middle, this name is given based on the folded shape of the taco bread. It is a corn or wheat tortilla bread that goes back to Mexico. First, they ate it with fish, and then it started to spread all over the world as fast food that is served with different kinds of fillings and sauces. The steak
- 1/2 kg Flank Steak
- 1 Lemon
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 6 Tachos
The salsa
- 1/2 Small red onion
- Chopped cilantro
- 1 Small chopped tomato
- 1 Medium Avocado
- 1 small lemon
Instructions
- Put the steak in a pan and mix it with the lemon juice for about 30 minutes
- Mix all the spices in a small bowl
- Rub the steak with the spices mix in a good way so the spices reach all the steak
- Preheat the grill on high heat and rub it with alittle bit of oil, then place the steak and grill it for about 15 minutes bothsides
- You can grill the tacos on the same grill after the steak so youenjoy the taste of the steak even more
- Whenthe steak cools down a little bit, cut it into thin strips and place it on thetacos.
For the salsa
- Chop the tomato, onion, cilantro,avocado
- Mix the ingredients with salt, lemon and olive oil

Note: To increase your fiber consumption, we suggest you to use whole wheat tacos instead of corn or refined tacos because they contain more vitamins and fibers than refined ones.
