  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sriracha. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat.
  • Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the chicken wings on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping every few minutes, until the wings are cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar and bring to a boil. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until the vinegar has reduced and thickened.
  • Once the wings are cooked, drizzle with the balsamic reduction and serve.
