Grilled Sweet-and-Sour Wings with Balsamic Reduction

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
In a large bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sriracha. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat.
Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place the chicken wings on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping every few minutes, until the wings are cooked through.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the balsamic vinegar and bring to a boil. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until the vinegar has reduced and thickened.
Once the wings are cooked, drizzle with the balsamic reduction and serve.
