  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, honey, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the sweet potato fries to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Grill the sweet potato fries for 15-20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
