- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into ½ inch thick fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
