  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Cut the potatoes into 1/2 inch thick slices and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
  • Grill the potatoes for 5-7 minutes per side until they are lightly browned and cooked through.
