Grilled Swordfish with Basil-Garlic Rub

- 1 lb swordfish steaks
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, basil, lemon juice and salt.
Brush the swordfish steaks with the rub and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
