  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, oil, garlic powder, and salt and pepper
  • Add the hanger steak to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Once the grill is hot, place the hanger steak on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  • Once the steak is cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
